Take One: A Tribute to a Beauty Queen – Ida Ovmar
Damn right – I’m proud – very proud of her. After scoring Miss Bride of Sweden, Ida Ovmar went to Turkey for the Miss Exclusive of the World contest and came home with the hardware – the first runner-up crown. Rejection by all the major modeling agencies in Stockholm did not stop her. I watched her re-orient her diet and exercise regimen with astute dedication. She locked the radar on the prize and never lost sight of it.
